RETURN POLICY
At Monkey and May, we strive to ensure that you love your purchase. Please review our return policy for custom and non-custom items.
Custom or Personalized Items:
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production begins. If you spot an error in your custom order, contact us immediately. We will try to assist, but additional charges may apply (up to the full item price, depending on the level of completion).
Non-Custom Items:
We accept returns on non-custom items. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued after inspection to ensure items are in re-sellable condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage, including packaging and shipping materials. We’ll help you with filing a claim with the courier.
International Orders & EU Compliance:
We are exploring international shipping options. For EU customers, we will comply with the 14-day right of withdrawal for non-custom items. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
Any refunds owed will be processed once your return is received and inspected to ensure items are in re-sellable condition.
