Shipping Policy

Our current processing times are displayed in the banner at the top of the page. Please check this information before placing an order. Shipping times are in addition to the processing time.

We are committed to offering flexible and reliable shipping options for all of our customers. All orders are shipped from Saskatchewan, Canada, using Canada Post. Below are the details regarding our shipping options, delivery times, and other important considerations.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Options:

We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit different delivery speeds and budgets. Occasionally and at our discretion, we may choose upgrade your shipping method, particularly if multiple items are ordered and the shipping cost is similar to a quicker or more reliable method. This will ensure better protection and delivery tracking, where possible.

For all options, the shipping costs and services are calculated at checkout.

Canadian Orders: Oversize Lettermail is available for most small items. Please note that Oversize Lettermail does not include tracking. While we package items carefully to fit within the size and weight limits, this option does not offer the same level of protection as tracked packages. Customers selecting Oversize Lettermail assume the risk of potential loss or damage. Shipping options that include tracking and insurance are also available to select.

U.S. Orders: Orders shipped to the United States will be handed off to USPS (United States Postal Service) for final delivery once the package crosses the border from Canada. Depending on the shipping method selected, tracking may or may not be available. The available shipping methods and any associated tracking will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times will vary based on the chosen shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. Please note that shipping times are in addition to processing time.

Responsibility for Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items:

Once your order is handed over to Canada Post, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged items. However, we can assist you with any information that is required to file the claim with the courier.

If your package arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. Be sure to document everything and take photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping materials. This documentation is often required for filing damage claims with the courier.

Returns and Cancellations:

Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be returned or canceled once production has started. If you notice an error in a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can correct it. Please note that there may be an additional charge (up to the full item price) depending on the stage of production.

Non-Custom Items: For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned at the buyer's expense in its original packaging and in new, resellable condition. Once the item is inspected and meets
